Meet Cole!
Frederick’s Wood-Fired Catering is owned and operated by Cole Frederick, a Hilton Head native who now calls Leelanau County home. With a love for cooking and years of experience in local favorite restaurants, he created Frederick’s to combine his love for cooking, local ingredients, and bringing people together.
Cole’s passion for local ingredients shines through every dish—thanks to the incredible produce and community here on the peninsula. When he’s not cooking, you’ll find him out on the water, running trails, or skiing in the winter.
